Here's a first cut at that. This is somewhat off the top of my head, but I'll throw it out so that Jeff can comment on whether it's what he has in mind and so that you can get an idea of what we're thinking of.

This is **very** rough, just a seed for thought. I wouldn't necessarily organize a sitemap around exactly this outline, but it's sort of the concept flow that I envision for different users.
