You should put the name of the Windows AD Kerberos REALM you are using in the /usr/afs/etc/krb.conf file. I believe the realm will default to your DNS domain if you do not do this. So if your REALM name is different then your DNS domain you must put the REALM name in the krb.conf file. I would enter the REALM to be safe.
