At least as of OpenAFS 1.7.6 x64, the registry key is spelled "LogonOptions" with an "s".  NOTE: the likely-incorrect string "LogonOption" was left alone where it occurs under the section "Resolution of Domain Specific Values."

Moved installation of Network Identity Manager to its own step as it is easy to miss - at least for me it was.

Added example Windows path to krb5.conf.  May need rephrasing.
