Try to reorganize the front page so it is less of a cluttered
mess. Need to write a useful 'getting started' page.

Show how to install gencat on solaris.

Use the -y pkgutil option to help automate the install.

Say something about installing solaris studio when
building on solaris.

building: update solaris package install

Update the instructions for installing the build chain
on solaris to use the OpenCSW pkgutil tool, and update
the package names.

add a toc to how to build openafs

Use the ikiwiki toc directive to add a table of
contents to the how to build openafs page. Do
some minor updates and fix some whitespace errors.

Evenly space slash separator

Make the slash separating page heading levels evenly spaced on the
left and right (currently there is a space after it, but not before).
Do this via some css fudging, so we don't need to change ikiwiki
templates or anything.

The degree to which the uneven slashes bother me is probably
irrational, so if anyone strongly disagrees with this, feel free to
revert and I can just do this locally.

consolidate developer links

Clean up the front page some more by moving the developer
links to the top level developer page. (That page needs to
be cleaned up next.)

Remove the obsolete twiki user template pages. Update

Mention the gerrit port number setup in the ssh config.

Fix the majority of orphaned pages. Some of these
are actually just obsolete and should be removed anyway.

add a site map page

Create a "site map" using the ikiwiki map directive. Since our site
is just a less than organized flat list of pages, this map is not as
helpful as I'd like, but at least we list all the pages in one
place.

use the ikiwiki broken links directive

Use the ikiwiki broken links directive to show a list
of broken or malformed links.

remove redundant stub page

Remove stub page. Causes the only page which referenced
the stub to show up on the orphan page list.

scrub twiki metadata in the top directory

Remove the no longer used twiki meta files in the
top level directory.

fix bogus links

Fix bogus links to the no longer used WebHome page. Perhaps
left over from the twiki to ikiwiki conversion.

scrub twiki guest user links

Remove the dead twiki guest user links.

scrub twiki usernames

The twiki username links are no longer used since converting to
ikiwiki, and contribute to the large number of dead links. Convert
these from camel cased wikilinks to regular text.

revert spam wiki link

Fix links which were broken since the conversion
from twiki.

fix old wiki links to missing pages

Fix the links to missing pages where were pointing
to the no longer used twiki Main directory.

GitWiki: apache is not needed for preview

Change the sample ikiwiki config so apache is not
needed for html preview. Fix some other typos.

remove empty orphaned pages

gerrit commit ids are not required for this repo

Remove the instructions on adding the change id commit
hook, as it is not needed. The commits are not tracked
by gerrit.
