Clean up the front page some more by moving the developer
links to the top level developer page. (That page needs to
be cleaned up next.)

Fix the majority of orphaned pages. Some of these
are actually just obsolete and should be removed anyway.

Create a "site map" using the ikiwiki map directive.  Since our site
is just a less than organized flat list of pages, this map is not as
helpful as I'd like, but at least we list all the pages in one
place.

use the ikiwiki broken links directive

Use the ikiwiki broken links directive to show a list
of broken or malformed links.

remove redundant stub page

Remove stub page. Causes the only page which referenced
the stub to show up on the orphan page list.

scrub twiki metadata in the top directory

Remove the no longer used twiki meta files in the
top level directory.

fix bogus links

Fix bogus links to the no longer used WebHome page. Perhaps
left over from the twiki to ikiwiki conversion.

scrub twiki guest user links

Remove the dead twiki guest user links.

scrub twiki usernames

The twiki username links are no longer used since converting to
ikiwiki, and contribute to the large number of dead links. Convert
these from camel cased wikilinks to regular text.

revert spam wiki link

reverts commit 0ef233335a71e89461811ac027861be310cb9533

Fix links which were broken since the conversion
from twiki.

Fix the links to missing pages where were pointing
to the no longer used twiki Main directory.

GitWiki: apache is not needed for preview

Change the sample ikiwiki config so apache is not
needed for html preview. Fix some other typos.

Remove the instructions on adding the change id commit
hook, as it is not needed. The commits are not tracked

reorg: new front page and fix links

Pages under AFSLore have been moved up to the main directory. Move
the WebHome page to index.mdwn, and fix the few places there were
links to AFSLore pages.

reorg: remove the AFSLore subdirectory

The AFSLore subdirectory was left over from the
previous wiki. Move everything here up to the top
level. A redirect rule will be added to the apache
config in case anyone has links to the old paths.

remove stray afslore subdir

Somehow these two pages were created in a stray afslore
directory. Move this up to the rest of the pages.
