Add preliminary Solaris/OI "quick" start (which is not so quick from a dest
tree...). Tested on Solaris 11/x86 and OpenIndiana 151a7 x86; could do with
information about ZFS tuning and probably more crossreferences.

AdminFAQ: Misc fixes

Just fixing a few of the more egregious errors here; this page is
nowhere near done, and I didn't go through all of it.

UsageFAQ: General fixes

Not fixing everything, just trying to fix some of the more egregiously
incorrect or outdated information.

 - Mention aklog in addition to klog
 - Try to remove references to the AFS-ified "login"
 - Update byte-range lock info
 - Remove the AFS-specific fsck stuff; this is inode-specific and
   getting into inode vs namei is probably too detailed for here. This
   isn't a general difference about AFS
 - Mentioned keyctl show for determining Linux PAGs
 - Say that file size on disk varies depending on backend fs
 - Say that foreign users do actually exist
 - Try to remove references to broken URLs, such as links to transarc
   resources

GeneralFAQ: misc fixes (krb5, UDP)

FAQ: Clean up intro page

Don't clutter this with change info, and directly mention how we know
that some of the info here is pretty old.

GitWiki: Emphasize using the gerrit.openafs.org repo

Clarify that using the git.openafs.org repo doesn't actually work
(well, sometimes), so don't use it.

Reduce left margin, reduce the font size, and increase the line height.

Explain that gitweb is not updated via the webform

For pushes to work, you'll need to fetch and rebase from the
repo on gerrit.

fix formatting for 'bos setrestart' example, and provide some insight into the default behavior

Clarify "Volume Group" definition in the admin FAQ

The bits in a volume's id are not required to be related to the volume
group id at all. Fix this definition and expand on volume groups a
little.

Make the slash separating page heading levels evenly spaced on the
left and right (currently there is a space after it, but not before).
Do this via some css fudging, so we don't need to change ikiwiki
templates or anything.

The degree to which the uneven slashes bother me is probably
irrational, so if anyone strongly disagrees with this, feel free to
revert and I can just do this locally.
