Windows: AFSParseRelatedName always use related name

When parsing a RelatedFileObject always refer to the RelatedFileObject
FileName and not the IrpSp->FileObject.

Set the output FileName to pRelatedCcb->FullFileName

Test pRelatedCcb->FullFileName for wild cards
