The mails to openafs-announce went out in reverse order, thus the
link to the release announcement was pointing to the mail with
the advisory. Fix it to point to the right mail in the archive.

1.6.x are maintenance releases for Linux/UNIX only, not for Windows.
1.7.x are maintenance releases for Windows only, not general feature
releases. At least it's been like this for a while. Correct the sidebar

The old AFS assigned numbers pages at www.central are
no longer maintained, so point to the registrar pages which
