+This is due to a known bug. Set `MaxCPUs` (type DWORD) (in `HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\TransarcAFSDaemon\Parameters`) to 1. This restricts the [[OpenAFS]] Client Service to use one processor.
