  39 <P><STRONG>Description</STRONG>
  40 <P>The <B>bos listhosts</B> command formats and displays the list of a
  41 cell's database server machines from the
  42 <B>/usr/afs/etc/CellServDB</B> file on the server machine named by the
  43 <B>-server</B> argument.
  44 <P>To alter the list of machines, use the <B>bos addhost</B> and <B>bos
  45 removehost</B> commands.
  46 <P><STRONG>Options</STRONG>

  48 <P><DT><B><B>-server</B>
  49 </B><DD>Indicates the server machine from which to display the
  50 <B>/usr/afs/etc/CellServDB</B> file. Identify the machine by IP
  51 address or its host name (either fully-qualified or abbreviated
  52 unambiguously). For details, see the introductory reference page for
  53 the <B>bos</B> command suite.
  54 <P>For consistent performance in the cell, the output must be the same on
  55 every server machine. The <B>bos addhost</B> reference page
  56 explains how to keep the machines synchronized.
  57 <P><DT><B><B>-cell</B>
  58 </B><DD>Names the cell in which to run the command. Do not combine this
  59 argument with the <B>-localauth</B> flag. For more details, see the
  60 introductory <B>bos</B> reference page.
  61 <P><DT><B><B>-noauth</B>
  62 </B><DD>Assigns the unprivileged identity <B>anonymous</B> to the
  63 issuer. Do not combine this flag with the <B>-localauth</B>
  64 flag. For more details, see the introductory <B>bos</B> reference

  67 </B><DD>Constructs a server ticket using a key from the local
  68 <B>/usr/afs/etc/KeyFile</B> file. The <B>bos</B> command
  69 interpreter presents the ticket to the BOS Server during mutual
  70 authentication. Do not combine this flag with the <B>-cell</B> or
  71 <B>-noauth</B> options. For more details, see the introductory
  72 <B>bos</B> reference page.

  74 </B><DD>Prints the online help for this command. All other valid options
  75 are ignored.

  77 <P><STRONG>Output</STRONG>
  78 <P>The first line of the output names the cell to which the server machine
  79 belongs. Each of the following lines names a database server machine
  80 for that cell.
  81 <P>The <TT>Host</TT> number assigned to each database server machine is for
  82 server-internal use only and is not the same as, nor necessarily related to,
  83 the machine's IP address. The BOS Server assigned it as part of
  84 performing the <B>bos addhost</B> command.

  86 <P>The following command displays the database server machines listed in the
  87 <B>/usr/afs/etc/CellServDB</B> file on the machine
  88 <B>fs7.abc.com</B>.
