20 Locks the VLDB entry for the indicated volume, such that no
21 one else can execute an operation that requires writing in
22 that entry. Note that this blocks operations on all of the
23 volume associated with that entry, not just the one
28 This command should not be used in normal circumstances. It
29 is useful if the system administrator wishes to guarantee
30 that no one else manipulates the volume until the lock is
31 released, and there is reason to believe that locking will
32 not happen automatically.
36 -id specifies either the complete name or
37 volumeID number of a volume of the any of
40 -cell specifies the cell in which to run the
