Styling tweak for generated HTML man pages

Prefer "Georgia" as a typeface over the less readable
Times New Roman, but with Times New Roman then "serif"
as fallbacks.  Georgia is available everywhere.

Provide 10px top/bottom and 30px left/right margin on
the main body for readability.  Margins are good.
